excellent are from nursing staff on our bay red things were explained and questions answered
that cerain patient should be on specialised ward as they could upset other patients/pro onging their stay on the wars especially elderly
its not nice for nursing staff either having to deal with, abusive, dispruptive behaviour they have enough to do as it is
